VTC Avenue began with a simple idea: independent drivers from the region joining around one website and one clear way to receive journey requests. You then speak directly with the driver who takes your journey, sets the fare and provides the service.

The website and WhatsApp help the collective receive a clear request and find an available driver to review it. The driver who takes the journey then speaks with you directly, quotes the fare and confirms the arrangements.
