03Do I need WhatsApp?+
No. WhatsApp is the main channel for a guided conversation, but the web form sends the same structured journey brief if you do not use WhatsApp.
04Can I request hourly hire without a fixed destination?+
Yes. Add a starting point, duration, general area or a few planned stops, then agree the remaining itinerary directly with the driver.
05Should I choose a sedan or a van?+
A sedan suits smaller parties; a van is better suited to families, groups or larger amounts of luggage. Capacity and the exact vehicle are validated by the driver.
