VTC Avenue / 05
Terms of use and intermediation
These terms describe the request-forwarding service offered by VTC Avenue. They do not replace the transport terms communicated by the partner driver.
Draft terms · acceptance mechanism, mediator and operational parameters must be validated before launch.
VTC Avenue’s role
VTC Avenue gathers and structures a request, forwards it to compatible independent partner drivers and enables one of them to contact the customer. VTC Avenue is not the carrier, does not set the fare, does not contract on behalf of either party and does not receive payment for the journey.
Access to the service
A request can be sent through WhatsApp or the web form without a customer account. Drivers do not use a public account in the planned flow. Users must provide useful details and report changes that may affect the journey.
Locations and hourly hire
Autocomplete is an aid. An address may remain as free text, be corrected, come from a GPS location or be agreed later. For hourly hire, a duration, general area and instructions may be sufficient without a final destination.
Distribution and allocation
A request summary may be offered to several compatible drivers. Allocation goes to the first valid claim recorded by the system; full contact details are reserved for that driver. Allocation is neither an auction nor automatic confirmation of transport.
Quote and confirmation
The driver reviews the request and communicates the fare and terms. The transport contract is made directly between the customer and that driver when they accept the offer. VTC Avenue does not guarantee availability, response time, acceptance or a particular vehicle model.
Payment and documents
The customer pays the driver directly using the method agreed with them. The driver issues any required quote, order form, invoice, note or receipt. At this stage, VTC Avenue charges the customer no commission for forwarding the request.
Changes and cancellation
Before a contract is made, the user may ask to withdraw or amend the journey brief. After the offer is accepted, delay, waiting, amendment and cancellation rules are those communicated by the driver, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Responsibilities
SD Consult is responsible for the intermediation service within the limits of the law. The driver remains responsible for the offer, vehicle, professional authorisations and insurance, driving, performance of the transport, payment and invoicing.
Complaints and governing law
A problem with request forwarding may be reported using the Legal notice contact details. A complaint about the fare, vehicle, payment or transport should be made to the contracting driver. French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection rules; the competent consumer mediator must be added before publication.
