Nature of the service
VTC Avenue forwards requests and introduces customers to independent partner VTC drivers. VTC Avenue is not the carrier. The driver reviews the request, quotes the fare, enters into the transport contract, receives payment directly and supplies the quote, order form, invoice or receipt for which they are responsible.
Availability and accuracy
Sending a request through the website or WhatsApp does not guarantee driver availability, a response time or a transport contract. A vehicle category or model shown as an example does not confirm the exact vehicle.
Intellectual property
The website structure, visual identity, text, photographs, videos, illustrations, software and databases are protected. Substantial reproduction or reuse requires the rights holder’s permission, except where the law provides otherwise.
